Tennis

Tennis is played in the 1st and 4th Terms at Wynberg Girls' Junior School. This year, Wynberg will field three teams in the girls-only league. The teams enjoy matches on Thursday afternoons. They are encouraged to display good court manners and sportmanship. The girls enjoy the privilege of having a professional coach, Chris Potterton, and his assistant Michelle Mojzis, coaching them twice a week. Chris comes to the school every Monday morning from 7:00 to 8:00 and Michelle coaches on a Tuesday afternoon from 2:40 to 3:40. This has proved to be very successful and the girls love their extra training.
